Thank goodness for a new Year... 2009 was a little rough, and we are excited to move on to 2010! We are so grateful to have so many wonderful friends and family members in our lives that bring us joy in our journey! We celebrated the new year with our friends and their families, we had a good, messy, loud time! We were laughing as we watched our kids bang pots and pans for a solid 5 minutes, who knew we would be here from 10 years ago celebrating at a party our senior year. Zane especially loved the confetti filled balloons!

ChRistMaS!!!!

We woke up to Zane coming in our room with one of Noah's opened gifts "mom & dad, santa came and brought our presents, and these G.I. joe guys" "uh-oh, did you already open all your presents?" "No I just like poked a little hole in them so I could see what was in them" We quickly get up, 7:30 (not too bad), presents still wrapped, whew! He points to one gift, with a hole in it and says "and that one is like some game for the wii, like a workout one or something, a guy wearing a green shirt" "oh Yeah, santa brought mommy wii fit! These are the "Whipman" and "super monkey" costumes they have wanted for a while and I told them I would make them for them for christmas, so they were pretty excited. Zane talks about his made up superhero all the time and draws him out all the time, has even made a book about him! So this is what "Whipman" looks like to him, he designed it! He tried it on for Ryan's family when they came over and they started to laugh, just because they can't believe how creative his little mind is... he got all serious, looked up "what are you guys laughing at? Is it because of these (pointing to the 3 bulbs on his head)??? He then explained to us that whipman has to have lightbulbs on his head in case he has to go into a cave to fight bad guys, Hello?!?

One of my most favorite christmas' yet!

Christmas EVE

After we got back from grandma & grandpa we Zane threw out the reindeer food and we left the cookies and milk out for santa.

We celebrated in the afternoon at utahautosales grandma with some lunch and sledding! We then went to farmer grandma's for christmas dinner (yum-o) and presents and P.j.s! The boys helped me make their p.j.s by picking out the cool vintage hulk pic and the lego snowman to iron on to their shirts, I love how they turned out.
